==Named locations== Named locations do not trigger random events, but may feature events of their own. Most are simply safe nodes that offer one or more services and have randomly-generated names. ===Market=== These safe nodes let you buy and sell cargo. They have names such as "Farm" or "Trading Post" on the map, but they show a randomly-generated proper name when visited. ===Healing=== These safe nodes offer healing to your Prophet and followers, and often other services or events. They have names such as "Temple" on the map, but they show a randomly-generated proper name when visited. They usually also include a market. ===Teacher=== These safe nodes include a guru or technopath who can teach you a new Leader card from a specific class or grant you a Focus point in exchange for batteries. Higher-level teachers are more likely to offer rarer cards. They have names such as "Teacher’s Shrine" on the map, but they show a randomly-generated proper name when visited. They usually also include a market. ===Recruiting=== These safe nodes let you "purchase" new followers for batteries. They have names such as "Township" on the map, but they show a randomly-generated proper name when visited. They usually also include a market. ===Unexplored=== Unexplored locations are like smaller Milestones. Each one is named and has set events, explorable areas and services. Their rewards are proportional to the danger they contain, and they may also add quest nodes to your map. The appearance of specific unexplored locations depends on the type of map you find yourself in and is more likely the farther away you go from the main road. ===Milestones=== Milestones mark the end of each map and require you to defeat one or more Bosses before you can enter their location. They offer opportunities to heal, recruit followers and trade, as well as Milestone-specific events to explore. Reaching a Milestone grants 25 Hope to the convoy.
